Demand for headhunting services in Russia increasing

14.11.2011

The Russian economy, which is recovering rapidly after some more difficult times, offers an interesting potential for Western companies that are seeking new markets, e.g. in trade and production. Buying power is growing and the demand for many consumer and luxury goods are on the rise again. The selection of the right partner in recruitment, keeping pace with the growth potential is ever more crucial to achieve the desired outcome in Russia. Without the right professional partner companies risk making faulty decisions impacting their success negatively.

According to Xstature Search Group’s Managing Partner, Jurryt Liefveld, a Dutch citizen with long years of experience in the Region, Western European companies work with Xstature Search Group because we understand both worlds very well: the different mentality of a potential Russian candidate, combined with the specific needs of our mostly European clients.  Having worked and lived in the region since 1999 he knows what it’s about to talk to locals and he knows what to look for on behalf of his clients. He is used to bridging the gap when it comes to expectations and aspirations. We hear repeatedly that local Russian recruitment companies have failed to recognize these special needs and represent a company and its image in a suboptimal way.

Due to Xstature Search Group’s expertise and extensive network in Russia, we know how and where to identify and attract the right talent that fit the high demands of our clientele. Over the past years we have supported many Western or other non-Russian companies, active in the Eastern European markets, attract the right people to successfully help grow their performance. With a regional office in Riga, Latvia and a strong network of partners in Eastern Europe, Xstature Search Group have been searching in most of Eastern Europe’s developing countries (Russia, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Ukraine).
